Challenges
- The client initially provided their own design and layout, which was revised based on consultation with the SIP engineering team.
- Recommendations were made to the client regarding the selection of wood and MDF materials to reduce costs while maintaining high quality.
- Due to the client’s request for a shortened timeline to begin business operations, SIP’s execution team worked 14-hour days to complete the project according to the client’s expectations.
