Challenges

• Due to the client’s urgency to complete the project, the SIP execution team developed and delivered a precise schedule.
• Given the uneven walls and flooring, final execution was aligned with the detailed plans prepared by the SIP team.
• The project site posed limitations due to noise, dust, and location sensitivity.
• The client had specific preferences regarding the quality and color of the wood materials; after consulting with SIP’s engineering team, the execution timeline was slightly extended to meet expectations.
