Challenges

• Due to the project timeline coinciding with the holy month of Ramadan, time constraints at the Muscat Hills office building required SIP to adjust the schedule slightly.
• Client sensitivity regarding the quality and color selection of MDF and office furniture led to revisions in the timeline.
• Given the uneven flooring, installation of gypsum walls and parquet required extra precision.
• Overall time limitations at the project site added pressure to execution.
